Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from delivery date you must contact Group Vida Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Group Vida will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities. Defective units are covered under MedX’s manufacturer 2 Year limited warranty policy.
If no scans have been used, and no activity with the device within the first 14 days, a full refund will be issued. After 14 days from delivery administration fees may apply. Refunds can take up to 120 days to process.
The monthly plan fee plus any applicable sales tax will be pre-paid by the Buyer on the first day of each calendar month via pre-authorized credit card or bank account debit. If the Buyer does not reach the minimum number of Screenings per month for the Buyer’s selected monthly plan the Buyer will not be refunded any portion of the monthly plan fee.
You may cancel your Account at any time by contacting Group Vida Customer Service. Your Account will be suspended as requested, and You will not be provided with a refund, in whole or in part, of any pre-paid amount, and You will remain liable for all charges accrued or future obligations with respect to your Account at the time of cancellation.
